Construction method
Cleaning and drying: Thoroughly clean the pollutants on the surface to be repaired, such as dust, grease, demoulding machine and rust spots, etc., and keep the surface dry, water-free, oil-free, rust-free and dust-free;
Glue removal: take off the end cap, depending on the amount of usage, insert the booster push rod into the bottom of the glue bottle, and squeeze out the glue
Stirring: Mix the extruded glue of components A and B fully with a scraper
Construction operation: Apply the glue evenly on the surface for bonding or repairing, and let it solidify. Do not move assembly during curing. The bond cannot bear the load until it is fully cured.
Remark:
1. The initial curing time is 30 minutes, and the complete curing time is 24 hours.
2. After 30 minutes, the surface can be ground, drilled and milled
